IT Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
About this course
This apprenticeship will give you the knowledge and skills to offer support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive in using technology to do their own jobs.
An Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and supplies help when they need it, rectifying problems in order to maintain productivity.
As part of the apprenticeship, you will attend College on a day release basis to learn the knowledge component of the apprenticeship, while the skills required will be developed within the workplace.
What do I need?
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, to include Maths and English Language, and an aptitude and interest in ICT
