Apprenticeship - Business Administration - Level 2

This 15 month Apprenticeship is an ideal introduction to the world of work in an office environment. You will learn the essential knowledge and skills associated with an administrative role and these are applicable to many occupations in future life. You will need to be well presented, confident and have a good telephone manner.

During your apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration and be visited in the workplace by a College assessor who will guide and assess your developing skills. You will also complete workbooks for Employment Rights & Responsibilities and Personal Learning & Thinking Skills.

You will also work to improve your skills in English and Maths over the course of your Apprenticeship.

How will I be assessed?

You will be visited by an assessor in your workplace to guide you and assess your developing skills. Your assessor will help you compile a portfolio of your work and this will be assessed throughout your apprenticeship. Some parts of the level 2 qualification may involve online tests.

What do I need?

You will need at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including English and Maths. In addition you will need to secure a job with an employer.

Where can it take me?

College Progression - you can progress to a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
