Where can it take me?
College Progression - you could progress to the Level 3 Football Education Programme or Level 3 Sport.
In order to meet the practical football requirements needed to be offered a place on the course, teaching/coaching staff will make an assessment during planned trials.
You may be required to undertake a check by the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) to allow you to work with children and vulnerable adults.
You will need to buy the College’s sports kit, which must be worn for every practical lesson, training session and on all game days. The College also aims to provide educational trips/visits where possible.
You will be expected to take part in all practical lessons. This may require you to participate in certain sporting activities outside of your skill set or comfort zone.
An awareness of skills, tactics and techniques in a variety of sports would be an advantage. You must be prepared to undertake activities during week day evenings and weekends.
Being involved in the College Football Squad is a privilege and you will be selected on your attitude, co-operation and commitment to study and football ability.
