Why have I received an absence notification?

If your son/daughter is marked absent from a lesson, you, as their primary key contact, will receive an automated message approximately 15 minutes after the end of the missed lesson. You can opt out of these messages at any time.

How do I opt out of absence notifications?

You can opt out of receiving absence notification text messages by contacting us at the email address listed below. Once you have opted out, you will no-longer receive automated absence notification messages.

How can I report an absence?

Learners can report their absences online using our absence reporting form which is available here: Report Student Absence or you can contact our Learner Absence Line on 0121 602 7675.
