Halesowen College Reaches Number 6 In Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces

Halesowen College announces that it has been placed number 6 in the National Centre for Diversity Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index for 2023.

The prestigious accolade is an acknowledgement of the college’s commitment to being an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff and students.

The index is compiled annually by the National Centre for Diversity and provides a comprehensive benchmark of the nation’s top employers in terms of their diversity and inclusion policies and is compiled using a range of criteria, including representation of different genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, disabilities, and religious beliefs.

College Principal and Chief Executive, Jacquie Carman said: “We are delighted to be recognised for our commitment to diversity and inclusion at Halesowen College. The college has a fantastic environment where everyone feels welcome and valued, and this ranking is a great endorsement of our efforts.”
