Halesowen College will be opening its doors to potential new students for its Open Day on Saturday 14 October.

Prospective students can meet staff, find out about a range of courses and explore the outstanding campus from 10am to 4pm.

Visitors will also be able to attend a number of special events including campus tours, coach service talks and a range of performances from Music, Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre students. There will also be talks on new T-Level courses in Accounting, Digital, Early Years, Health and Management & Administration.

T-Level courses are equivalent to three A levels and are a mixture of classroom and on the job training with at least 45 days at a work placement.

The College offers a wide range of courses including over 30 A Level subjects, a variety of vocational subjects, T Levels, Apprenticeships, Higher Education and Courses for Adults.

The College’s facilities have received a massive investment boost of over £20 million with a brand-new student facility, ‘The Hub’, a contemporary training environment for Catering students, ‘Bistro at B63’ as well as a new Business School and A Level Hub. The College also has new Esports and Cyber Security Labs.

Visitors will also be able to find out more about the College’s coach service, which transports students in a safe, environmentally friendly way.
