Halesowen College A-Level student James Gardner has been awarded a £2,000 bursary from the Aberystwyth Scholarship Programme. 

James who studies A Level Business, Geography and Maths will be studying Human Geography at Aberystwyth University. James, aged 18, worked with the College’s Careers Team to make the application. 

Victoria Ditton, Careers Manager at Halesowen College, said: “We are absolutely delighted that James has been successful at getting this bursary which will really help him at university.”

James is from Oldbury.
