Sports students at Halesowen College have welcomed the CEO of Worcester City Women FC who came in to talk about careers in the sport.

Nicole Allison came into College to talk about her experiences in football, her career journey and the careers that are available, specifically in women’s football.

Nicole did a number of workshops, gave careers advice and answered lots of questions.

She is currently lecturing at Football Business Academy, previously working for the EFL and Tottenham Hotspur FC before moving back to Worcester with the vision to develop a professional female football club.

Emma Collins, Sports Lecturer at Halesowen College, said: “Nicole has a vast experience in football and it was very kind of her to give up her time to come in and talk to our students.

“They got valuable tips and advice on the different careers open to them.”
