From the moment you step into our fully equipped ceramics studio, you’ll have access to everything you need – including stoneware clays, coloured slips, a range of glazes, essential tools, and our professional firing kiln.

Course content
Each week, you’ll build new skills and techniques as you create your own unique ceramic pieces:
- Week 1: Master the Pinch Pot Technique
- Week 2: Explore Slab Rolling & Surface Decoration
- Week 3: Construct with Slabs
- Week 4: Learn the Art of Coiling
- Weeks 5 & 6: Design and complete your final personal project
By the end of the course, you’ll not only take home your handmade ceramic creations, but also gain a strong foundation in practical ceramic techniques – ready to take your new skills even further with our developing ceramics skills course.
