Learn a variety of printing techniques through engaging group demonstrations and guided individual experimentation. Our experienced tutors provide 1-to-1 support to help you explore, develop, and refine your personal printmaking project.

By the end of the courses, you’ll not only have created your own unique prints, you will receive a Halesowen college certificate and have the opportunity to progress onto our Enhancing print making skills course in term 2.

Course content

Diverse Techniques:

The course will cover a range of printmaking processes, such as:

basic lino skills

-Monotype/Monoprint

-Collage

-Multi layer prints

-Gelli Printing

-Screen Printing

Workshop Environment:

The course will familiarise students with the printmaking studio environment, including the use of specialised equipment and materials. 

Entry Requirements

This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to all levels, including beginners who have no experience printmaking, and improvers who are looking to refine their skills.
