Why study this course?

This course is ideal for adult learners interested in exploring working as Cabin Crew, either as a first job or as a career Aviation. It will provide learners with an introduction to the knowledge needed to work as cabin crew. There is a mixture of theory and practical learning in our mock aircraft cabin and outstanding teaching environment.

Course content

This course offers an introduction to working as airline cabin crew and covers:
  • Working as Cabin Crew
  • Airline Health, Safety & Security
  • Aircraft Emergency Situations
  • Dealing with Passengers on board an aircraft
  • Cabin Service – Selling Techniques
  • Making Passenger announcements on board an aircraft

Entry requirements

A good level of written and spoken English is essential, and learners should also demonstrate the ability, interest and desire to work as Cabin Crew. Please be aware that most airlines have a minimum height requirement of 5”2 in order to be employed as Cabin Crew.
