On this course we will be looking at the food of Lebanon, Turkey and Syria, through production of Marinated kebabs, flatbreads, houmous, chickpea falafels and pickles.
This course is for recreational purposes only.
A range of 3 hour courses will be running throughout the year.
A container will be needed to take your goodies home. All ingredients will be provided.
