Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2

Are you interested in a career in customer service? Do you want to develop your skills and knowledge while earning a wage? A Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship could be the perfect choice for you!

A Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship is a training programme that provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service. The programme is designed for individuals who are new to customer service or those who wish to develop their skills further. The apprenticeship is typically completed over 12-18 months.

You will also develop essential employability skills such as time management, team work and problem solving.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn a range of skills that will help you to provide excellent customer service. These include:

  • Understanding customer service principles and practices
  • Communication skills and rechniques
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling customer complaints and queries

How will I be assessed?

The apprenticeship is assessed through an end-point assessment, which includes a practical observation and professional discussion.

What do I need?

Ideally GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (Equivalent to grade C) or higher

The apprenticeship is open to anyone who is 16 or over and not in full-time education. It is suitable for both school leavers and people who are already working in a customer service role but want to gain formal qualifications.

Where can it take me?

After successful completion of the L2 Customer Service, with the right job role, you may be able to progress to the L3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

As an apprentice you will learn through a mixture of on-the-job training and classroom based learning. The benefits of doing a Level a 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship include:
