There are two pathways to choose from on this programme. Both pathways within the programme include a core set of modules taking Learners through Methodologies and Principles, Core Technical Knowledge and Security and Legislation. Learners then have the option to go down the optional Hardware or Software route.
Learner outcomes include:
Hardware Configuration and Servers (Hardware)
Have at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English. Relevant qualifications/experience may be considered as an alternative.
Upon successful completion, you could in roll onto our DevOps Level 4 Apprenticeship program which could lead to further career development opportunities such as DevOps Engineer roles, Second and Third Line Support Analysts and SAP Analysts to ultimately Senior Application Engineers and beyond
This apprenticeship is recognised for entry onto the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Register of IT Technicians confirming level 3 professional competence. Those completing the apprenticeship can apply for registration in these areas.
