T Levels are a new two-year programme choice that follows GCSEs and prepares learners for work, further training or study. T Levels will be one of the main choices for learners after GCSEs alongside A-Levels and Apprenticeships.
T-Levels are based 80% within the classroom and 20% within an industrial placement.
Every T Level includes an industry placement with an employer focused on developing the practical and technical skills required for the occupation. These will last a minimum of 315 hours Industry Placement is equivalent to 315-420 hours or 45-60 days.
The T Level in Management and Administration covers business study areas across People Management, Finance, Business Change, Leadership and Business Improvement.
Two externally set exams and an employer project based on an occupational specialism to suit your placement.
You will need to have achieved at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
T-Levels allow progression to University or into employment backed by qualification and practical experience.
