Course content

You’ll deepen your understanding and gain more confidence across five key areas:

Using devices and handling information – managing files efficiently and keeping your tech up to date
Creating and editing digital content – working with documents, spreadsheets, and images for different purposes
Communicating online – choosing the right tools for different situations and audiences
Transacting securely – using online services safely and comparing options like a pro
Staying safe and responsible online – protecting your data, managing your digital footprint, and understanding your rights

You will get hands-on experience with everyday tools and apps, with plenty of real-world practice to help you feel confident and capable.

Learners must be aged 16 and over.

Ideal for those who have completed Entry 3 or already have basic digital skills
