A Levels at Halesowen College

A Levels are subject-based qualifications and widely recognised by employers and universities. You can study a subject from school in greater depth, or try something completely different.

You will study three A Levels over two years and you’ll be assessed by examinations. If you’re not sure what career or job you want to do, studying A Levels can be a good way of keeping your options open.

Alternatively, you could choose the A Level and Vocational Combined pathway. You will choose two A Level subjects and one vocational to gain the equivalent of 3 A Levels. This is practical learning and is suitable if you are more skilled in coursework but would prefer some examination elements as well.
