Professional Cookery Level 3

The Level 3 Professional Cookery course is a full-time program that combines the practical skills and knowledge for a range of careers within the catering industry.

Professional Patisserie & Confectionery Level 3

If you like the idea of running a busy restaurant kitchen or bakery, where patisserie skills and craftsmanship are valued, this course covers the supervisory skills and all aspects of dessert preparation and cooking that you will require.
