Halesowen College is celebrating another amazing set of results following a great year for its Level 3 students across A Level, T Level and vocational qualifications. These achievements reflect the ambition, determination and hard work of learners, supported by the expertise and commitment of college staff.
A Level students were delighted to receive the results that will open doors to exciting next steps, including degree-level study and future career opportunities. With an uplift in the pass rate, the college is celebrating a 96% pass rate across its A Level courses.
Vocational learners also achieved an excellent pass rate, showcasing the College’s strength in delivering practical, career-focused education that helps students build confidence, develop specialist skills and progress towards their ambitions.
The College’s T Level programmes, the newest addition to its curriculum, also announced great success, with a 95% pass rate across courses. The T Level Accounts and T Level Management and Administration proudly saw a 100% pass rate. T Levels combine high-quality classroom learning with valuable industry placements, equipping learners with the knowledge, experience and confidence to excel in their chosen fields.
Halesowen College has a reputation for its support, dedication and investment into its facilities and campuses which continue to have a positive impact on learners’ experience. Over the past few years, campuses have been updated and renovated with industry standard training facilities that provide students with opportunities for quality hands-on training and immersive learning experiences. This year sees the opening of the Amber Way campus, the college’s Construction Centre, which marks an exciting step forward for the College. Learners will develop the key practical skills and knowledge required to support the future workforce in this growing industry.
Abdul Adam will be starting University of Birmingham to read Law, having celebrated picking up A in Law, A in Politics, B in History and B in his EPQ.
The University of Warwick is the next step for both Alexander Hearnshaw and Mia Lynch. Alexander is going to study Bio-Medical Science having achieved A in Biology, A in Chemistry and B in Environmental Science. Mia proudly clocked up A* in English Literature, A* in Sociology and A in Psychology and will study Psychology.
