You will build a portfolio of evidence throughout the qualification to meet the required knowledge, skills and behaviours. There are no formal examiniations but you must pass a question and answer professional disucssion at the end of your apprenticeship to pass overall.

The skills developed through this apprenticeship, such as communication, organisation, problem solving, digital administration, and stakeholder management, are highly transferable and valued by employers in a wide range of industries, providing a strong foundation for future career development and progression.

Halesowen College offer progression opportunities in the following apprenticeship areas: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

An apprenticeship is a real job, with hands-on experience, a salary and the chance to train while you work. You would be treated just like all the other employees, with a contract of employment, holiday leave and employee benefits. You would receive support from a dedicated assessor who regularly visits apprentices in the workplace.
