The Level 3 Business course will provide you with comprehensive understanding of how businesses are structured, operate, grow and how they maximise their brand and financial success.
Throughout the Business course you will enjoy and learn about a wide range of topics such as: Marketing, Exploring Business, Recruitment and Selection, Personal and Business Finance, Event Management, International Business, English Legal Systems and more.
The course involves learning in depth about well-known major international businesses such as: Apple, Jaguar Land Rover, Nando’s, Netflix, Amazon, McDonalds, Disney and many others.
All students are expected to complete a 1 week work experience placement.
You will need to have achieved at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths or a Level 2 in Business or related qualification with English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 2.
The course is assessed through a combination of examinations and internal and external assessments, which may include real-world tasks, tests, research projects, essays and presentations.
This course is ideal if you are interested in a career in Accountancy, Law, Marketing, Management, Retail, Office Management, HR, Banking/Finance or owning your own business.
You can progress to an exciting range of higher level courses including Business HNC/D and a degree course at University.
