T Levels are a new two-year programme choice that follows GCSEs and prepares learners for work, further training or study. T Levels will be one of the main choices for learners after GCSEs alongside A-Levels and Apprenticeships. T-Levels are based 80% within the classroom and 20% within an industrial placement.
Every T Level includes an industry placement with an employer focused on developing the practical and technical skills required for the occupation. These will last a minimum of 315 hours Industry Placement is equivalent to 315-420 hours or 45-60 days.
The T Level in Management and Administration covers business study areas across People Management, Finance, Business Change, Leadership and Business Improvement.
You will need to have achieved at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
Two externally set exams and an employer project based on an occupational specialism to suit your placement.
T-Levels allow progression to University or into employment backed by qualification and practical experience.
