Entry 3 Construction Skills

This qualification is designed for individuals who want to start a career as a bricklayer in the construction sector. Learners will develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in bricklaying.

This qualification is aimed at learners who want to work as a bricklayer in the construction sector. It allows them to develop the skills required for employment and/or career progression. Learners will build on their knowledge from Level 1.

This qualification is designed for those who want to work as a carpenter or joiner in the construction sector. It provides learners with the opportunity to develop and practise the skills needed for employment and/or career progression.

This qualification is designed for learners who want to work as electricians in the building services engineering sector. It provides the knowledge and practical skills needed for employment and career progression, but does not make learners fully qualified electricians.

This qualification is designed to provide learners with a basic understanding of the construction industry.

This qualification is designed for individuals who want to start a career as a painter and decorator within the construction sector. Learners will develop and practise the essential skills needed for employment or career progression in painting and decorating. 

This qualification is designed for learners who have completed a Level 1 Diploma in Painting and Decorating or have suitable industry experience and wish to develop their skills further. It provides a more advanced understanding of painting and decorating techniques used in the construction industry.

This qualification is designed for individuals who want to work as a plasterer in the construction sector. Learners will develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in plastering.

This qualification is designed for those who want to work as a carpenter/joiner in the construction sector. It provides learners with the skills and knowledge to progress into employment or further study in site carpentry/joinery.
